- Log in to OnCAFE.
-
From the left-side navigation menu, select Identity > Identities
- From the displayed list, select the identity that will receive the NFC/Wallet Mobile credential.
-
Click the Cardholder details tab and confirm the identity profile opens.
-
Click Create credential and select Mobile.
- In the New mobile key window, select Wavelynx Wallet from the Mobile credential type drop-down menu.
- Review the available license count shown next to Wavelynx Wallet.
- In the Activation dates section, confirm the correct time zone is selected.
- (Optional) Enable Schedule start date if the Wallet credential should become active at a future date or enable Schedule deactivation date if the Wallet credential should automatically expire on a specific date.
-
Click Create.
NOTE: The Create button remains disabled until all required fields
are completed.Wallet credential availability may be affected by wallet slot availability if a Wallet credential was previously removed.
-
Validate that the newly created Wallet credential populates in the identity's Credentials section.
-
Confirm the identity has the correct Access levels or Cardholder groups assigned. Creating an NFC/Wallet credential does not automatically grant access. Access is determined by the identity's assigned access permissions.
NOTE: If Cardholder only is selected, the identity can receive credentials
but will not have OnCAFE system access rights. - Verify that the Wallet credential license count updates as expected.
- Ensure that the user accepts and activates the Wallet credential.
- Test the credential at a supported Wallet/NFC reader.
- Confirm the access event appears correctly in OnCAFE.
