Issue Summary
After launching the ConfigPro application, the ConfigPro server is not automatically discovered and may appear offline or inaccessible. The ConfigPro service may be stopped, unresponsive or not running. This can also occur if the database from a previous version was not properly migrated or updated.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Right-click the ConfigPro icon (
) in the system tray.
- Select Stop Server then Start Server.
- Open Windows Services and verify that ConfigPro is running.
If the issue persists, uninstall ConfigPro and reinstall the latest version.
WARNING: Reinstalling the server will delete all existing server data.
