Issue Summary

Unable to log in to the ConfigPro server because the administrator password has been forgotten.

IMPORTANT: Password recovery or lookup is not supported.
Password reset is disabled for security reasons.

Resolution

To resolve the issue:

1. Right-click the ConfigPro icon () in the system tray.
    
2. Select Stop Server.
   
   
    

3. Reinstall or initialize the ConfigPro server.

   WARNING: Reinstalling the server will delete all existing server data.
   

4. Register a new administrator password during initial setup.
