Issue Summary
Devices or the server fail to connect to the network, or network performance is unusually slow.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Check physical network connections (LAN cable, switch, router).
- Verify firewall and security settings.
- Ensure ports 7711, 80, 443 are allowed.
- Confirm the client PC’s IP address and DHCP network configuration.
