Issue Summary

In ConfigPro v1.0.1, the system tray update utility installs and functions correctly; however, a known issue prevents the application from automatically launching after a server reboot.

As a result, administrators may be unable to access update functions until the system tray application is manually started. This article describes how to get the system tray to launch automatically.

Resolution

To enable the ConfigPro system tray application to start automatically:

1. Open Windows Task Manager.
    
2. Select the Startup Apps tab.
    
3. Locate the ConfigPro-monitor.exe application.
    
4. Verify that the application status is set to Enabled.
   
   
    
5. Restart the server and confirm that the system tray icon appears after login.
