Issue Summary
The ConfigPro client does not launch or exits unexpectedly during operation.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Confirm the PC meets the minimum and recommended system requirements.
Ensure the latest version of ConfigPro is installed.
NOTE: The version of the server must always be newer or equal to the version
of the ConfigPro client.- Review error logs in Windows Event Viewer.
Location: Windows Logs > Application
Location: Windows Logs > System (if no relevant entries in Application)
Event Level: Error, Critical, repeated Warnings
Look for:
ConfigPro or Application Error entries
Resource related errors Access related errors
Reinstall the ConfigPro client if the issue continues.
WARNING: Reinstalling the server will delete all existing server data.
