Summary
This article provides instructions for connecting the OnCAFE platform to WAVE using Wave Sync.
Integrating with WAVE
To integrate with WAVE:
- Log in to OnCAFE.
- In the navigation bar on the left, click Organization > Integration Marketplace

Locate the Hanwha WAVE tile and click Connect.
NOTE: When not connected, the Connect button is orange and in an activated-ready state.
- In the Connect to Account window, enter Email Address and Password.
The Email Address is the WAVE Sync account email
The Password is the WAVE Sync account password.
- Click Connect.
The Connect button displays green.
- Switch the Hanwha WAVE toggle to ON, then click the Gear icon to open Wave Settings.
- For each listed camera, select a Location and Area from the drop-down menu.
Click Copy to All to apply the same location/area to all cameras.
- Click Apply Changes, then Save.
NOTES:
You must have a valid WAVE Sync account with administrative/advanced
role privileges to complete this integration.
Cameras must already be configured and online in WAVE before they
will appear in OnCAFE.
Mapping cameras to locations and areas is essential for event
correlation.
If integration is removed, camera mappings need to be re-established
upon reconnection.
