Troubleshooting Output Signal Wiring Issues

Lock Does Not activate

• Verify the external power supply is powered and outputting the correct voltage.
   
• Confirm the relay is assigned correctly in OnCAFE and the lock is wired to the correct NO or NC contact.
   

Lock Works Opposite of Expected

• The lock may be wired to the wrong relay contact. Fail-secure locks typically use NO. Fail-safe locks typically use NC.
   
• Output may have Reverse Sense enabled in Controller Settings.
   

Relay Clicks but the Lock Does Not Operate

• The relay may be switching correctly, but lock power may be missing.
   
• Confirm power supply output, fuse condition, and lock wiring.
