Summary

An event is any activity or occurrence captured in a video feed. You can quickly find specific events by typing a description into the search bar. The system uses AI-powered natural language processing to understand everyday English, allowing you to search using simple phrases like “a man with a red shirt.”

This article provides instructions to search for an event.

NOTE: OnCloud AI Search is in Beta functionality.

Searching for Events

To search for an event:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
    
2. Navigate to OnCloud.
    
3. Click the Events icon.
   
   
    
4. Click OnCloud AI Search at the top right, and enter what you are trying to find, such as:
   
   A man with a red shirt
   Person with glasses
   A white or black car
   
   You can also select a Recent search.
   
   
    

5. Click Search to show matching events.
