Summary
This article describes the process to view closing notes and the status log of an incident in OnCloud.

Viewing Closing Notes and the Status Log
To check closing notes and an incident's status log:

Log in to Cloud Portal.

Navigate to OnCloud.

Click the Incidents icon.

Click an incident in the list to open it.
- Click the Details tab and scroll down to the Status section to see the current status.
- Click View Status Log to open the full history of the event.
All closing notes and status changes are shown with the most recent status at the top.
- Click Back to return to the incident.
