Summary

Onboarding is when your Cloud Gateway is pending acceptance into OnCloud. This article provides instructions for onboarding a Cloud Gateway into OnCloud. Adding the Gateway's cameras is a later step.

Onboarding a Cloud Gateway into OnCloud

To onboard a Cloud Gateway into OnCloud:

1. Log in to OnCloud.
    
2. Navigate to OnCloud > Organization dashboard.
    
3. Click Devices > Manage.
   
   You will see one or more pending devices. 
    
4. Click Onboard Devices.
   
   
   
   You will see a filterable list of devices that can be onboarded.
    
5. Set the location and select the device, then click Add. 
   
   Alternatively, use the Bulk Actions button to onboard multiple devices simultaneously.
   
   
   
   The Cloud Gateway is now onboarded into OnCloud. You will see it in your list of devices within the location you selected. You are now able to click Scan Network for Device to detect and add its cameras.
