Summary

This article provides instructions for linking a Cloud Gateway to OnCloud using your organization’s authentication details.

NOTE: There are some minor differences in the UI for linking a CGA to OnCloud. 
The steps in this article show a CGR being linked.

Linking a Cloud Gateway to OnCloud

To link a Cloud Gateway to OnCloud:

1. Log in to OnCloud.
    
2. Navigate to the organization dashboard.
    
3. Copy the Organization ID and Short Name (use the copy icon next to each value).
   
    
    
4. In the Cloud Gateway browser, click the Device Authentication tab.
    
5. Enter your org details (Organization ID and Short Name).
   
   
    
6. Click Connect to Hanwha Vision Cloud.
   
   The Cloud Gateway will say that it is pending onboarding into OnCloud.
    
7. Return to OnCloud.
    
8. Navigate to the organization dashboard and click Devices > Manage.
   
    
9. Onboard the Cloud Gateway and assign it to a Location.
   
   The Device Authentication tab in the Cloud Gateway will reflect the connection and registration status.
