Navigating Cloud Gateway Menu Options

The following is an overview of the available menu options:

• Device Authentication - used for attaching the Cloud Gateway to the correct organization
   
• Change Password - used to change the current password
   
• CloudConnector Audit Log - provides an exportable list of CloudConnector-related events
   
• Download Support Log - exports the CloudConnectorLog.tar log file to support diagnostics
   
• Device Management - used to review basic device information, update firmware, reboot, monitor/reformat storage (Cloud Gateway Recorder only), monitor network status, change network settings, perform network tests, and perform a factory reset
