Issue Summary
BLAZE displays a warning that server-side motion detection has been disabled because the secondary stream resolution is too high.
In rare cases, BLAZE versions earlier than v1.3.19 may configure the secondary stream resolution too high during device registration. This issue was resolved in BLAZE v1.3.19.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Delete the device from BLAZE.
- Using a web browser, delete the BLAZE profiles from the device.
- Upgrade the BLAZE recorder to v1.3.19 or later.
- Re-register the device to BLAZE and apply a license.
The device should appear with the correct secondary stream resolution (closer to 640 x 480), and motion detection should be working correctly.
