Applies to: BLAZE
Summary
Linking a BLAZE system to Hanwha Vision Cloud provides remote access for monitoring and management through the Internet using the BLAZE mobile app, desktop client, or web browser interface.
Linking is also necessary for multi-site scalability (federating a group of systems called a Federated Organization). Federation enables centralized monitoring and management.
This article provides instructions for linking a BLAZE system to Hanwha Vision Cloud.
IMPORTANT: The linking process requires an existing Hanwha Vision Cloud Customer
Organization and Super Admin credentials. For more information, refer to
Cloud Portal: How to Create a Customer Organization
Linking a System to Hanwha Vision Cloud
To link a system to Hanwha Vision Cloud:
- Log in to BLAZE as the local Super admin.
- Click the Settings icon, then select Cloud.
- Click Link to Hanwha Vision Cloud.
- Log in as the Super Admin of the Cloud organization, then click Next.
If you are already logged in as the Organization’s Super Admin and have connected to the system as a local Admin, it will offer to reuse your credentials.
If this is the first system being linked, the organization Super Admin automatically becomes the Federated Organization’s new Global Super Administrator.
-
Click the Disconnect / change system icon to reconnect to the system via the cloud.
- Click Log in to Hanwha Vision Cloud and enter Global or Cloud user credentials.
- (Optional) Click the top Building icon to connect at the federated organization level, or click on a system to connect directly to it.
You may now proceed to perform cloud-related tasks including adding and managing other Global and Cloud users, connecting and viewing at the federated or individual system level
