Summary
After successfully installing BLAZE in a lab/sandbox environment, the next most common step is to link it to Hanwha Vision Cloud for remote access.
This article provides an overview of the Hanwha Vision Cloud integration workflow and the required account configuration before linking a BLAZE system.
IMPORTANT: A BLAZE system must be linked to a Customer Org, not a Partner Org.
You will need either a Customer Cloud Account (not a Partner Cloud Account) or
the Customer Super Admin credentials for the Customer Org.
Considerations
Consider the following before linking a BLAZE system to Hanwha Vision Cloud:
- STEP Partners who are new to Hanwha Vision Cloud should start by selecting Register as customer instead of Register as integrator.
- Registering as a customer still allows you to monitor and manage multiple customers' BLAZE systems.
- Registering as an integrator may introduce delays and complicate Customer Org ownership.
Integration Workflow
To prepare a BLAZE system form Hanwha Vision Cloud integration:

Create a Customer Cloud Account.
If you do not have a Hanwha Vision Cloud account, enter https://platform.hanwhavision.cloud/ in an Incognito browser window and click Register as integrator.IMPORTANT: Always use the latest email containing the account activation link
and the email containing the activation code because they are tied together.Registering creates:
A Customer Cloud Account
A Customer Org
A Customer Super Admin account
- Create a Customer Organization.
If you already have a Customer Cloud Account, open Hanwha Vision Cloud. Navigate to My organizations, then click + Add organization. You will automatically become the Customer Super Admin.
If you already have a Partner Cloud Account, navigate to My organizations, then click + Add organization. Create a new Customer Org. After setting it up, click the new Customer org to enter it. Invite the first user using a different email address than your Partner Account. Activate the new Customer Account. This new Customer Account will become the Customer Super Admin of the Organization.
- Link your BLAZE system.

After linking, you can access the BLAZE system remotely using your cloud credentials.
- Add your customers.
Use your Customer Cloud Account to create additional Customer Orgs and invite your customers' users. If needed, transfer the Customer Super Admin role to another user, such as the end user.

Create a Partner Org.
To link your Customer Orgs to a Partner Org for centralized management, enter https://platform.hanwhavision.cloud/ in an Incognito browser window and click Register as integrator. Provide your STEP ID. Approval can take up to two business days.IMPORTANT: You must use a different email address than the one used for
your Customer Orgs. If someone from your organization has already used
the STEP ID to create the Partner Org, ask them to invite you.Once your Partner Cloud Account is activated, you can link your Customer Orgs to your Partner Org.
Glossary
Customer Org
A Customer Org is a cloud-based entity to which a BLAZE system is linked. It is also the entity into which devices and licenses can be added, such as HealthPro, OnCAFE, and OnCloud. It is owned by the end user, for example, a school or airport. It may be linked to only one Partner Org.
Customer Cloud Account
A Customer Cloud Account is an individual who may belong to one or more Customer Orgs. Users log in with their email address and password and can switch between the Customer Orgs they belong to with appropriate permissions.
Customer Super Admin
The Customer Super Admin is the single most senior Customer Cloud Account of a given Customer Org. This credential must be used to link a BLAZE system to the cloud. It cannot use the same email address as a Partner Cloud Account.
Partner Org
A Partner Org is a cloud-based entity to which all members of a Hanwha Dealer belong. It acts as a central hub linking all their customers so they can be centrally serviced.
Partner Cloud Account
A Partner Cloud Account is a Hanwha Dealer individual. The partner email address they use cannot become a Customer Org Super Admin, but it can be invited to a BLAZE’s Customer Org as a user.
