Summary

A BLAZE license key can be shared across servers within the same BLAZE system but cannot be shared across separate BLAZE systems, even when those systems are linked to the same cloud Organization.

For example, a retailer has two warehouse locations and each location has its own server-based BLAZE system. Memphis has 100 cameras and Denver has 150 cameras.
 

This article explains how to correct a license order to support multiple BLAZE systems.

Correcting an Order

To correct an order:

1. Return the incorrect licenses.
    
2. Place a new order.
    
3. List each BLAZE system on a separate order line with the number of licenses required for that system.

NOTES: 
Smaller license packs can be ordered to provide additional flexibility. 
Each license pack is issued as a separate license key.

License keys can be moved between BLAZE systems by deactivating the 
license key on one machine and activating it on another.
