Summary
The BLAZE Desktop Client can prevent the desktop from automatically entering sleep mode while the client is running to ensure continuous operation. This feature is enabled by default. This article explains how to override the OS sleep settings to ensure continuous operation.
Disabling OS Sleep
To disable OS Sleep:
- Log in to BLAZE Desktop Client.
- Click the Settings icon, then click Client settings.
Uncheck the box next to Prevent computer from going to sleep, then click Apply.
