Issue Summary
Accounts are locked after more than five failed cloud login attempts.
Resolution
Unlocking depends on the user’s role. Global Super Admin accounts must be unlocked by contacting Customer Support. All other accounts must be unlocked by an Administrator via the Portal WebPage.
Global Super Admin: Contact Customer Support to request an account unlock.
All other users: Log in to the BLAZE as Administrator and unlock the account.
