Summary
Global users can access all Systems and all devices, regardless of Organization assignment. This article provides instructions on how to add Global users to your Organization in BLAZE Cloud.
Custom role assignments are not currently supported but will be available in a future update.
Prerequisites
To add Global users, you must have a Global administrator role.
Adding Global Users
To add a Global user:
- Open the BLAZE Desktop Client and log in to your Cloud account.
- Select the arrow next to the Organization where you want to add the user.
- Click Settings > User > Add Global User.
Enter the email address of the user to invite.
Multiple emails addresses can be added in bulk by comma separated values.
NOTE: All users are assigned the same role, so you can complete this step
by role group. For example: Administrators first, then Operators, and so on.
Only the following predefined global user roles are available for selection:
Global Administrators
Global Operators
Global Viewers
Custom (not available)Select Add user to finish.
