Summary
This article describes how to remove a device currently registered to a HealthPro Bridge from the table.
Prerequisites
First, the device must be removed from HealthPro and Cloud Portal. See HealthPro - Settings: How to Remove Devices and Locations for instructions.
Removing a Device from the Table
When a device is successfully removed from the portal, the Cloud column in the HealthPro Bridge Client Managed table is grayed out. This indicates that the device has been removed from the cloud or that the connection was not confirmed during the onboarding process.
If a device is in this state:
- Select the checkbox on the far left of the device.
- Select the device to be removed.
- Click Remove.
NOTE: If the Cloud status of a device registered in the Managed table is gray,
the device is currently in Pending status and can be deleted.
