Summary

With the new ConfigPro integration, you can install and launch HealthPro Bridge directly from ConfigPro without manual downloads. When you click the HealthPro Bridge / Cloud icon in ConfigPro:

• If HealthPro Bridge is not installed: ConfigPro performs a silent installation and shows success/failure feedback.
• If HealthPro Bridge is already installed: ConfigPro launches it and opens the login screen.

After launch, continue with the standard HealthPro Bridge workflow to connect your local devices to the Cloud.

HealthPro Bridge × ConfigPro Integration

ConfigPro is used to configure Hanwha devices on a local network. HealthPro Bridge connects those local devices to HealthPro (cloud). This integration adds a HealthPro Bridge / Cloud entry point inside ConfigPro to streamline installation and launch.

• Built-in icon opens the HealthPro Bridge flow from ConfigPro.
• Silent installer is used when HealthPro Bridge is missing; otherwise, the client is launched immediately.

Supported platforms

• Server: Windows (HealthPro Bridge is installed and runs on the Windows server where ConfigPro server is installed).
• Client (ConfigPro): Windows (available), Linux (planned), macOS (planned).

Installing HealthPro Bridge from ConfigPro (silent)

To install HealthPro Bridge from ConfigPro:

1. In ConfigPro, click the HealthPro Bridge / Cloud icon.

   ConfigPro checks if HealthPro Bridge is installed on the server PC.

   If not installed, ConfigPro runs the latest HealthPro Bridge installer in silent mode

   ConfigPro shows an installation animation and then a success or failure message.

2. Click the HealthPro Bridge / Cloud icon again after installation (or any time later).

   ConfigPro launches the HealthPro Bridge client and opens the login screen.

3. Enter server name and account, then sign in with your Cloud Portal credentials.
4. Connect the bridge to the cloud.
5. Discover and add local cameras, NVRs, and other devices as usual.
