Summary
This article describes how to remove devices and locations that are registered in HealthPro and Cloud Portal.
Removing Devices and Locations
To remove devices and locations:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.
- Select Settings > Devices > Cloud Portal.

Select the appropriate device and click Unclaim.
IMPORTANT: When the device is removed, the license is also automatically
unclaimed.
To completely remove the device from the Cloud:
- Navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

Remove the device again (see Cloud Portal: How do I use Edit Mode?).
NOTE: If the device is removed from the Cloud Portal, you can remove the
location from which the device belonged from the portal. Alternatively, you
can delete the empty location after moving the device to another location.
