Summary
This article describes how to move a child device from one HealthPro Bridge to another.
Moving a Child Device
To transfer a device that was onboarded to the Cloud through one HealthPro Bridge to a different HealthPro Bridge:
- Log in to Cloud Portal and click HealthPro.
- Navigate to Settings > Devices > Cloud Portal.
- Select the device, then click Unclaim.

Open Cloud Portal > Devices and remove the device from the device list.
The device is no longer associated with the current HealthPro Bridge.NOTE: Once unclaimed, the device status in the Managed tab of the original
HealthPro Bridge automatically changes to Pending, making it eligible for
removal. - In the Managed tab, select the device(s) with a Pending status.

Click Remove to delete the device from the current HealthPro Bridge.
NOTE: Multiple Pending devices can be removed at once. -
Perform a local device scan and follow the Cloud onboarding process on the destination HealthPro Bridge (see Adding Cameras in HealthPro Bridge - Settings: How do I use HealthPro Bridge?).
