Summary

This article describes the viewing device credentials and image health data in HealthPro Bridge. This feature can only be used by the HealthPro Bridge local admin.

• Device credential records: encrypted fields that HealthPro Bridge uses to authenticate to devices it manages (e.g., cameras, NVRs).
   
• Image health data: reference and comparison image that support Auto image health check (e.g., Tilted, Blocked, Blurred, Glared, Blacked). Only minimal images are stored locally for analysis; no images are uploaded to cloud.

Viewing Device Credential Information

To view device credential information:

1. Open the HealthPro Bridge client.
    
2. Navigate to View encrypted data > Device credentials.
    
3. Re-authenticate the bridge local admin account.
    
4. Hover the mouse over the ID/Password field of the device for which you need to view credential information.

Viewing Image Health Data (image files)

To view image health data:

1. Open the HealthPro Bridge client.
    
2. Naviagate to View encrypted data > Image health.
    
3. Re-authenticate the bridge local admin account.
    
4. Hover the mouse over the Image field of the device for which you need to view image health data.
    
5. Click the image icon to download the image file.
