Issue Summary
When you log in to BLAZE via the Cloud, some icons are missing from the client home screen. This occurs because you are connected at the Organization level instead of at the System level. This article explains how to change your view in the BLAZE client when logged in through the Cloud.
NOTE: Connecting at the Organization level allows for global user management
and cross-system viewing.
Resolution
To change your view:
- In BLAZE, click the left arrow to disconnect from the Organization level.
- Click Connect on one of the systems to connect to it directly.
This allows for full viewing and management capabilities.
