Summary
By default, users can create an incident. However, only administrators can edit incidents created by other people. This article describes how to add someone to an incident and allow them to contribute.
Prerequisite
Before starting, create an incident (see OnCloud: How do I create an incident?).
Adding Contributors
To add contributors:

Log in to Cloud Portal as an admin. Only admins can add contributors to an incident.

Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click the Incidents icon.

Click an incident in the list to open it.

Click Contributors near the top, then click the checkbox beside a contributor to add them.
