Summary
When investigating an incident, you often need to collect video evidence. This article details how to add video to an incident.
Prerequisites
- Create an incident (see OnCloud: How do I create an incident?)
- Create a clip (see OnCloud: How do I create a clip?)
Adding Video
To add a video to an incident:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click the Clips icon to see all clips.

To search a clip by tags, click in the Search By Tags box.

Type the name of the tag, and press Enter to see clips with that tag.

To search clips by users or location, click All Users or All Locations to select users or locations.
- Click All Users or All Locations to select users or locations.
- Click a clip to open it.
- After opening a clip, click Add to Incident.

Select an incident to add the clip to it.
NOTE: If the clip is already part of an incident, the Add to Incident button
says Added to Incident instead. You can still add the clip to other incidents.
