Adding Multiple Devices
To add multiple devices to the Cloud with HealthPro Bridge:
- Download the latest version of Hanwha Vision HealthPro Bridge and launch the application.
- When signing in for the first time, specify the Server name and Password for the admin account.
- Enter the Server name, ID (pre-populated as admin), Password, Confirm password, and click Submit.
- Enter your credentials and click Login.
- Enter the Org. ID and Short name then click Connect to establish a connection with Cloud Portal.
If you are unsure, you can find the Org. ID and Short name in Cloud Portal.
The status of the Cloud Portal connection changes from Not Connected to Pending.
At this point, the admin of the Cloud Portal account may accept the Cloud Portal connection request from Cloud Portal and the status changes to Connected. You cannot scan and add any device to the cloud until the status of the Cloud Portal connection changes to Connected.
-
Enter the device credentials (ID and Password) and click Scan.
The list of devices discovered within your network populates.
HealthPro Bridge supports two device scan modes:
Auto Scan - Automatically discovers most devices on your network in a single scan, including WAVE servers. However, some device types (e.g., ONVIF, PoE) may not be detected, and 100% discovery is not guaranteed depending on the number of devices and your network environment.
Manual Scan - Recommended when you need more precise, targeted device discovery. Specify the device credentials and scan parameters to ensure the exact devices are found.
TIP - CSV Bulk Scan (Manual Scan mode only): Instead of scanning devices one at a time, you can upload a CSV
file to bulk-scan hundreds of devices at once. The CSV file should
contain the following columns: Type, IP, ID, Password, HTTP/HTTPS,
and Port. Mixed device types and mixed protocol/port configurations
are supported in a single file. - Select the devices to add to the Cloud and click Add to cloud.
When a Cloud Portal administrator approves a cloud link connection request, the status changes from Pending to Added.
-
