Issue Summary

Even if HealthPro Bridge software is uninstalled through Programs and Features in Windows, the system retains existing settings data in the HealthPro Bridge program folder. When you reinstall the software, it displays the existing settings as they are.

Resolution

Check if any residual files remain in the following directory after uninstalling the HealthPro Bridge software in Windows.

C:\Program Files\Hanwha\DM Bridge

If you find any residual files, manually delete the DM Bridge directory and reinstall HealthPro Bridge software.
