Summary

Face Zoom automatically zooms in on a visitor's face when a person is detected at a TID-A800 device, making it easier for users to identify visitors clearly in the live view. This article describes how to use the Face Zoom feature for TID-A800 devices.

Prerequisites

• BLAZE Mobile app v1.3 or later.
   
• TID-A800 device added to the system and online.
   
• User account with permission to view device.

Enabling Face Zoom

To enable Face Zoom:

1. Open the BLAZE Mobile app and log in.
    
2. Navigate to the TID-A800 device from your device list.
    
3. Locate the Face Zoom option and toggle it to On.
    
4. Return to the Live View or Events page for the TID-A800.
   
   When a person approaches the intercom, the camera automatically turns on the Face Zoom feature on a detected face for clearer identification.
    
5. To disable this feature, click Face Zoom feature off in the camera menu toolbar.
