In an effort to maintain standards, Hanwha uses the web UI for all knowledge base 
articles pertaining to product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address 
of your device into the URL bar, and click Enter. If you are not using the web UI 
to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product. 

Summary

BLAZE supports compatibility with multiple camera interfaces; however, support must be explicitly enabled prior to use. This article describes how to enable Dahua compatibility for use with BLAZE.

Setting up Video Streaming

To set up video streaming:  

1. Navigate to Camera > Video.
    
2. Check the Sub Stream.
   
   

Setting up the Camera

To set up a camera:  

1. Navigate to Settings > Access Platform. 
    
2. Select the ONVIF tab.
    
3. Set Authentication to ON.
   
   
    
4. Select Settings > System > Account > ONVIF User.
    

5. Configure the account that will be used when registering the camera in BLAZE.
    

   NOTE: If connection fails, try deleting or modifying the account, etc. 
   (device-specific issue).
