Issue Summary
If the displayed frames per second (FPS) differs from the FPS configured in the camera settings, incoming frame rates and recording status can be checked from Health Monitoring. You can download a device list CSV, including FPS and recording status, from the Settings or Health Monitoring. This article describes how to check incoming frame rates and recording status and to save them to a .csv file.
Resolution
To check incoming frame rates and recording status:
- Log in to BLAZE.

Select Health Monitoring > Devices.
You can view the device list and information such as each device's FPS and recording status.
NOTE: If you select a specific Server - Devices, you can view only the devices
that belong to that server. -
Click Export as CSV in the upper-right corner to export the currently displayed device list and information, such as FPS and recording status to a CSV file.
You can check the download progress in the upper-right corner.
To download a device list CSV from Settings:
- In Settings, click the three-dot menu button and select Export device list.
- In the dialog, select the server to export the device list as a CSV file.
- Click Download to save the CSV file.
