Issue Summary

Selecting a license plate detection thumbnail in BLAZE should trigger a replay from that moment. If the camera or Wisenet RoadAI is incorrectly configured then the replay start time could be significantly delayed.

This article resolves synchronizing the playback start time if there is a timing issue.

Resolution

To synchronize the playback start time: 

1. Confirm the camera’s firmware is up to date.
    
2. Log in to the camera.
    
3. Select Setup > Basic > Date & Time and confirm the time is set accurately.
    
4. Select Setup > Open platform > Open platform > WisenetRoadAI Go App.
    
5. In the RoadAI app, select the EVENTS tab and confirm that recent detections are accurately timestamped with RoadAI.
    
6. Select the SETTINGS tab. 
   
   
    
7. In the General section, set Metadata format to Bestshots and Metadata send mode to On detect. 
    
8. Select Save Settings.
    
9. In the BLAZE client, confirm that new plate detections are being replayed correctly.
