HealthPro & Bridge v1.11.0 (2026-08-18)
HealthPro v1.11 Demo
New: Web Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 Compliance)
HealthPro now provides a more accessible experience for all users. With v1.11, the web portal aligns with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards so that users relying on keyboards, screen readers, touch interaction, or other assistive technologies can use the platform more easily and consistently.
- Keyboard and touch navigation: Key functions can be operated without a mouse.
- Screen reader compatibility: UI elements are improved for assistive technology support.
- Better readability: Contrast, scaling, and responsive reflow are improved across screen sizes.
- Mobile accessibility: Orientation and touch-related accessibility considerations are strengthened.
What are WCAG, VPAT, and ACR?
WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines): A set of technical standards developed by the W3C to help ensure that web content is accessible to people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 is currently one of the most widely used versions.
VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template): A reporting template provided by the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) for documenting accessibility evaluations. It includes major accessibility standards such as WCAG.
ACR (Accessibility Conformance Report): The final report that documents the accessibility evaluation results of a product, such as software or a website, using the VPAT format. The HealthPro Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is available for download in the HealthPro Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 article.
New: Image Health Check - Now GA with Visual Comparison
Auto Image Health Check moves from BETA to general availability in v1.11. Users can now verify results more intuitively by viewing REF and Compared images side by side and downloading both images when needed.
- Side-by-side image review: Hover the result icon to compare REF and current images at a glance.
- Downloadable evidence: Click the result icon to download both images as a ZIP file.
- New widget: The Image Health Check widget summarizes activation status, target devices, and result distribution.
Privacy-first availability: To help protect personal privacy, REF and Compared image preview/download follow the organization’s Live Snapshot privacy settings. This feature is available only when Live Snapshot is enabled. If snapshots are disabled or set to Privacy Mode, REF/Compared image preview and download are not available, while Image Health Check itself continues to work independently of the snapshot setting.
New: CSV Bulk Scan for Manual Scan (Bridge)
HealthPro Bridge v1.11 adds CSV-based bulk scan in manual scan mode, making it easier to onboard many devices at once with a prepared file instead of repeated manual entry.
- Bulk onboarding: Scan hundreds of devices from a single CSV file.
- Mixed environments supported: Multiple supported device types and connection settings can be included in one file.
- Simpler preparation: Users can fill in a template and upload it directly.
For detailed steps and CSV file requirements, see HealthPro Bridge - Settings: Bulk Scanning Devices using a CSV File.

HealthPro & Bridge v1.10.1 (2026-04-28)
New: ServiceNow Integration
HealthPro can now send selected device health and fault events to ServiceNow via secure webhook—so your team can manage incidents in the same ITSM workflow used across the organization. HealthPro still retains health logs for investigation and reporting.
Key Benefits
Faster response: turn events into actionable ServiceNow tickets automatically
Standardized operations: assignment, escalation, and SLA tracking in ServiceNow
Less manual work: no copying alerts across systems
No lost visibility: HealthPro keeps full health log history
What is ServiceNow?
ServiceNow is a widely used IT Service Management (ITSM) platform that helps organizations track and resolve operational issues through incident/ticket workflows, routing, escalation, and reporting.
Get started with ServiceNow event forwarding
New Feature
HealthPro introduces a new ServiceNow integration that lets you automatically send important device health and fault events from HealthPro to ServiceNow over HTTPS. Once set up with your ServiceNow webhook URL and authentication key, HealthPro evaluates events against your policies and forwards only those that match your outbound rule, so IT and security teams can handle incidents using familiar ServiceNow ITSM workflows while still relying on HealthPro for monitoring. Even when this integration is enabled and in‑app tasks are no longer created for those forwarded events, all health logs and historical device data remain fully available in HealthPro.
Improvements
HealthPro includes several fixes that improve accuracy, usability, and stability. Policy pages now show correct target device totals, UI elements like the Unclaim modal and breadcrumbs are better aligned, and user log exports include schedule weekdays. Pages refresh data more smoothly in the background, AXIS firmware uploads are more reliable with stalled uploads correctly failing, and power values in resource logs now display consistently.
HealthPro Bridge resolves several image quality and system issues. Blur detection and task creation now work correctly, glare and blocked views are more accurately classified, and the Bridge server IP address displays properly instead of 0.0.0.0. In addition, AXIS P1447‑LE cameras now show the correct app names in the “Open apps” list while keeping version information accurate.
