Summary

In HealthPro, you can move up to 100 locations to a different folder at once using the multi-edit feature in the Location navigation panel. This article describes how to move multiple locations at once in HealthPro.

Moving Multiple Locations

To move multiple locations:

1. In the Location navigation panel (GNB), click Edit.
    

2. Select the locations to move by checking individual locations, or selecting a folder to automatically check all locations directly inside it. 

   NOTE: You can mix locations from different folders and hierarchy levels, 
   including root-level locations.
   Up to 100 locations can be selected. Once the limit is reached, remaining 
   checkboxes are disabled automatically.

3. Select the destination folder.
    

4. Confirm the move by opening the folder and checking that the location is present. 

   IMPORTANT: Only users with a Manager role or higher can edit locations.
   You can still drag and drop a single location or move folders using the 
   existing drag-and-drop method. The multi-edit feature applies to location 
   objects only.

   NOTE: If the move fails, all changes are rolled back automatically; there is 
   no partial success. A notification message confirms whether the action 
   succeeded or failed.

   IMPORTANT: While one user is in Edit mode, the Edit button is disabled for 
   all other users. Edit mode is released when the user exits or completes 
   the move.
