Issue Summary
This article explains how to resolve an issue where a WAVE sub‑camera onboarded through HealthPro Bridge repeatedly switches between Online and Offline.
This issue occurs when you change the password for the camera account connected to WAVE using one of the following methods:
- The camera’s built‑in web viewer
- An IP configuration tool provided by the camera manufacturer.
When you modify the camera password outside of HealthPro and HealthPro Bridge, you cause synchronization conflicts between the camera, WAVE server, and HealthPro Bridge.
Resolution
To prevent this issue, do not change the password directly on the camera.
Instead, make any required password changes using one of the following supported methods:
- HealthPro - Remote config
- WAVE Server - Camera settings
Using these methods ensures proper synchronization and stable device status within HealthPro.
NOTE: If this issue has already occurred, please go to WAVE Server > Camera settings
and re-authenticate/reconnect the camera.
