What to Check
The following table lists the items to explore, and the suitable situations.
| What to Check | What it indicates… | Check this if… |
| HealthPro (DNS) availability | Whether the HealthPro web portal and APIs are reachable via DNS. | You cannot open the HealthPro login page, see DNS-related errors, or the page loads time out immediately. |
|
Org & Locations and Users
|
Covers organization, location, and user directory services used by HealthPro. | Login works inconsistently, user/role changes fail, or you cannot edit organization or location settings. |
| Device Health Monitor | Whether HealthPro can collect and display device health (bridges, cameras, NVRs) in dashboards. | Device status/metrics stop updating, or dashboards show errors for multiple devices. |
| Task and Notification | Background task processing and notification delivery (alerts, reminders, scheduled jobs). | You are missing alerts, or scheduled actions (such as auto updates or image health checks) do not run as expected. |
| Log Services | Reflects collection and retrieval of HealthPro logs (events, device logs, resource logs). | Logs appear missing, delayed, or the Logs pages fail to load. |
