Summary
This article explains how HealthPro license customers can request batch integration of audit logs from their HealthPro organization (HP Org) with a third-party event, log collection, or analysis platform.
Requesting Batch Audit Log Integration
To request batch audit log integration:
- Submit a service request.
External customers should use the Hanwha Vision Support Portal and submit a new HealthPro request.
A request may also be initiated by customer email through the designated support channel.
- Provide the required integration information. See table at the end of this article.
- Confirm the delivery method.
Hanwha Vision and the customer confirm whether HealthPro-managed S3 or customer-managed cloud storage is appropriate.
- Complete the technical and security review.
The customer provides endpoint, AWS, IAM, network, and authentication information required for the selected method.
- Validate the integration for data completeness, delivery success, authentication, scheduling, and failure handling.
- Activate the agreed schedule.
After validation, the batch job is enabled for the agreed HP Org and schedule.
