Summary

If your email address is associated with multiple Organizations, you can seamlessly switch between them to manage different systems and devices. This article provides instructions to navigate between different Organizations within the BLAZE Web Client.

Prerequisites

Before using this feature, the following requirements must be met:    

• Cloud Connectivity: Your system must be linked to the Cloud.
   
• Account Permissions: You must have an active Cloud Portal account with an assigned BLAZE role.
   
• Multi-Org Access: You must be granted permissions to more than one Organization to use the switching function.

Switching to Another Organization

To switch to another organization: 

1. Log in to BLAZE.
    
2. Access the BLAZE Web Client using your credentials.
    
3. Click the Organization icon.
   
    A list of Organizations you are authorized to access appears at the bottom of the menu. 
    

4. Click on the desired name. 

   A brief dialog notice appears while the system loads the new environment. The switch will complete in just a few seconds.
