Summary
This article provides instructions on how to select a System in BLAZE Web Client so that devices can be accessed.
Prerequisites
Before using these search features, ensure the following requirements are met:
- Account Access: Your system must be linked to the Cloud, and you must have an active Cloud Portal account assigned the BLAZE role.
Finding a System
To access devices, you must first locate the System in which the device is connected.
To locate a list of Systems:
- Log in to BLAZE.
- Select the drop-down in the top navigation bar of BLAZE Web Client.
- Click to select the System to access. You can also select ALL BLAZE SYSTEMS to review a list of all Systems available to your account.
Finding a Device
To locate a device within a System, use the Search bar to locate the device by name or IP address.
NOTE: Additional sorting is available by Server (in case of multiple server
Systems), and States (online, offline or unauthorized) or you can sort the columns
by Device Name or IP address (asc/dsc).
