Summary
This article provides instructions for adding a user to HealthPro.
NOTE: A person must be claimed into HealthPro to access the application.
It is not sufficient for them to be a Cloud Portal user.
Adding a User to HealthPro
To add a user to HealthPro:
- Log in to Cloud Portal and click HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Users icon.

In the Users menu, select Users.

In the Users interface, click Add.
In the Add users page, a list of the users already added to Cloud Portal with their information appears.

Select the checkbox next to the user, then click Add.
In the Users interface, the user is added to the list.

Click the HealthPro role drop-down arrow and select the role of Manager or Engineer.
Manager - Can assign a task that should be resolved by an engineer.
Engineer - Can accept and resolve tasks.
