Summary

This article provides an overview of the types of user roles available in HealthPro.

Types of Roles

The roles in HealthPro are as follows:

Super manager - There can be only one Super manager. They have full permissions and can create other Managers, as well as Engineers. They can also create or edit location folders and trees, and move location objects. Additionally, they can decide whether to use the live snapshot feature of the cameras within the organization and what the privacy options are.
Manager - Managers have the same permissions as the Super manager except for the live snapshot option.
Engineer - Engineers focus on resolving tasks. They cannot create users, modify the location tree, or assign tasks.
Custom role - HealthPro admins can create roles themselves and grant menu (Manager or Engineer) and location access permission.

NOTE: Engineers cannot reject tasks. Any manager can cancel tasks assigned to 
engineers.
