Summary

With HealthPro, the deployed HealthPro Bridge software can be updated similarly to the camera firmware. It is done automatically via the Cloud, with no need to download files from the Hanwha Vision website. This article provides instruction for updating the HealthPro Bridge software. 

Updating HealthPro Bridge Software

To update from HealthPro Bridge from the Cloud:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal and click HealthPro. 
2. Navigate to the Update widget and click the number beside Total updatable devices.
   
   
    
3. Check the box next to the row to update, then click Update.
   
   
   
   The process can take several minutes. Once complete, the updated HealthPro Bridge disappears from the list of updatable devices.
   
   If a user with manager or higher level has activated Policy management - Auto software update, The Bridge software is automatically updated according to the schedule set in this menu.
