Summary

A description can be entered separately in the Map and Devices tab. This article describes how to change the description on the Map and Devices tab.

Changing Device Description

To change the description:

1. Log in to DesignPro.
   
   
2. Edit the description of the device.
   
   
3. Edit the description under the camera model name in the Devices tab.
   
   
   
   
4. To have separate descriptions of the same device model, keep them separated in the Devices Tab.
   
   The device description should now reflect the changes made. If you have already dragged that device onto a map, it reflects there.
   
   
   
   The Device description also applies to corresponding devices in the Map, Accessory, and Bandwidth reports.
