Summary

DesignPro project data is stored in the user's web browser cache. Exporting is a way to back up files to use them on another computer or if you delete your browser cache. This article explains how to export project files.

NOTE: If you clear your PC's web browser cache, DesignPro data is deleted. 
Please export your project files to prevent losing the project’s .dat file.

Exporting a Project File

To export a file:

1. Log in to DesignPro.
   
   
2. Under Ongoing Projects, select the project to export by clicking on the checkbox on the top left of the project.
   
   
3. Click Export.
   
   
4. Select the three-dot menu next to the appropriate project.
   
   
5. Click Export.
   
   
   
   The project is now exported (backed up). It should have the project name you gave it followed by the .dat file extension.
