Issue Summary
HealthPro users can change the password of the device web viewer account used during local device discovery in HealthPro Bridge by navigating to Settings > Remote Config > Change Password.
When scanning devices through HealthPro Bridge, the admin account (or root for AXIS devices) is typically used. However, users may also choose to use a non-administrator account that was created directly on the device. Depending on the permissions assigned to that account, the password change operation may fail.
Resolution
To change the password of a non-administrator account, the account must be granted sufficient administrative privileges.
For example, on Hanwha Vision cameras, the Admin Privilege option must be enabled for the account under the camera's web viewer User Permission Settings menu.
For AXIS, administrator privileges must be granted.
IMPORTANT: If the account does not have the required administrative privileges,
HealthPro cannot change the account password through the Remote Config > Change
Password feature.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend using a built-in administrator account (such as
admin for Hanwha Vision devices and root for AXIS devices) when scanning, claiming,
and managing devices through HealthPro Bridge. Using an account without the
required administrative privileges may prevent certain HealthPro features from
operating normally.
