Applies to: OnCAFE, Microsoft Entra, SCIM Provisioning
Summary
Before Microsoft Entra can provision users and groups into OnCAFE, the Microsoft Entra integration must be enabled in the OnCAFE organization.
This article explains how to enable the Microsoft Entra integration and access the SCIM provisioning information.
Enabling the Integration
To enable the Microsoft Entra integration in OnCAFE:
- Log in to OnCAFE as a System-Administrator user.
The user enabling the integration should have the appropriate administrative permissions in OnCAFE.
- From the left-side navigation menu, select Organization > Integrations.
- Locate the Microsoft Entra card and toggle the integration ON, then click View details.
IMPORTANT: The integration must be enabled before Microsoft Entra
provisioning can be configured. Do NOT configure provisioning in
Microsoft Entra until the OnCAFE integration settings have been
opened and the required SCIM information has been confirmed.
The Microsoft Entra integration settings page opens. From this page, the required SCIM provisioning information can be reviewed, including the Tenant URL and integration token used to configure provisioning in Microsoft Entra.
