What is available on PC, tablet, and mobile?
PC
On PC, HealthPro provides all features and menus. No functional restrictions are applied.
Tablet
On tablet, HealthPro provides the same features and menus as PC.
- Layout and interaction are optimized for touch, but the available functions are identical to PC.
Mobile
On mobile, HealthPro provides a simplified set of menus and features to keep the UI clear and fast on smaller screens.
Menus and features not available on mobile
- Map
- Policy management
- Settings and all Settings sub-menus (including Reports)
Additional mobile-only limitations:
- In Location GNB: Device Summary (hover on PC) is not available; you cannot edit or move location objects and folders.
- Server and Camera dashboards: “Recently updated” section is removed on mobile.
- Update dashboard: If there are no devices to update, or when a local file upload is in progress, the update mode selection UI is hidden on mobile.
- Web push notifications: By default, web push cannot be received on mobile due to the “1 HealthPro account = 1 device” limitation and required UDID re-registration.
- Landscape mode: Landscape (horizontal) mode is not supported on mobile; rotating the device shows a full-screen message asking you to use portrait mode.
NOTE: If you open a direct URL to a menu that is not supported on mobile, HealthPro
shows a guidance message instead of the page content.
How does responsive web determine “PC”, “tablet”, and “mobile”?
HealthPro automatically selects the layout mode based on screen size and resolution, and device orientation and type (for example, Galaxy Z Fold main vs. cover display).
In general:
- Large displays (for example, PC monitors, tablets, Galaxy Z Fold main screen) use PC/tablet layout.
- Smaller displays (for example, phones, Galaxy Z Fold cover screen) use mobile layout.
The interaction rules (such as hiding unsupported menus and showing guidance messages) are applied based on this mode.
