Summary
Resource logs allow users to see recent CPU, memory, and storage activity for your devices in one place. This article explains how to understand load trends, spot abnormal spikes, and export data for analysis. Data is saved in the HealthPro Bridge local database and fetched on‑demand when you open the page or a device’s details. Offline devices show “-” for resource values. Licensing may affect whether certain camera resource values display or appear as N/A.
NOTE: This feature does not support Direct-To-Cloud and WAVE Sync devices.Viewing Usage
This section details the common issues and questions with resource logs.
Which devices are supported?
- Devices connected through HealthPro Bridge that report resource metrics
- Cameras, recorders, and servers that are online and licensed for HealthPro features (camera resource values may be hidden or N/A if not licensed)
- Direct-To-Cloud and WAVE Sync devices are not supported.
Where do I find Resource logs?
To find resource logs:
- Sign in to HealthPro.
- Navigate to Logs > Resource logs.
- Use filters at the top to narrow devices and time range.
What information can I see?
- Device and model name
- Status (online/offline). Offline devices show “-” for resource values
- CPU usage (%) trend samples
- Memory usage (%) trend samples
- Storage usage (capacity and utilization) where available
- For cameras: resource visibility may depend on license; if not available, values show as N/A
How do filters and search work?
- Time range: user not selectable
- Device type: filter by camera, recorder, or server
- Location: include devices from specific sites or folders
- Search: type part of a device name or model to quickly find targets
How do CSV exports work?
Click Export CSV to download the currently filtered results. The file includes device identifiers and time‑series samples for CPU, memory, and storage (where available). Use a spreadsheet or BI tool to graph trends or compare devices.
How do Resource logs appear in device details?
Open a device’s details panel and select the Resource tab or section. You will see the same resource metrics focused on that single device, with the selected time range applied. When a device goes offline, the latest samples remain visible, and new values show as “-” until it is online again.
